These general terms and conditions, its subsets, and all other policies (including but not limited to Privacy Policy & Cancellation and Refund Policy) govern your use of CadoWorld and its Platform. As a visitor of the Platform (‘you’), you are advised to read these General T&C’s carefully and familiarize before exploring or entering into a transaction with CadoWorld . By accessing the Services provided by the Platform, you explicitly agree to the terms provided in these General T&Cs.
CadoWorld reserves the right to change or update these General Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. We recommend that you regularly review these General Terms & Conditions to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may choose to stop using the Services. However, if you continue to use the Platform and Services, it will be assumed that you accept and agree to comply with the revised General Terms & Conditions.
These mentioned General Terms & Conditions has to be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy mentioned separately on the website.
- Personal Information
As part of the registration process on the Platform, CadoWorld may collect the following personally identifiable information about you:
First, Middle and Last Name, Email address, Mobile number, Postal Address, Postal Code, demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and your browsing information on the Platform.
- Eligibility
Access to the Services is limited to selected locations within India. Individuals who are considered ‘incompetent to contract’ under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including undischarged insolvents, are not permitted to use the Platform. If you are under 18 years old, you are strictly prohibited from purchasing any products.
- Account & Registration Obligations
3.1 You shall have to register and log in to place orders on the Platform.
3.2 You must ensure that your account and registration information is accurate and kept up to date for all communications related to your purchases on the Platform. Each user is allowed to have only one CadoWorld account and creating multiple accounts is prohibited. CadoWorld reserves the right to suspend any duplicate accounts without any liability for compensation. By accepting these General Terms & Conditions, you consent to receive promotional messages and newsletters upon registration. - Pricing
Unless stated otherwise, all products listed on the Platform will be sold at their Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The prices charged will be those displayed at the time of ordering or at the time of delivery. While most product prices remain stable daily, prices for certain commodities may fluctuate over time.
- Cancellation by Platform/Customer
You may cancel your order only until receipt of goods from CadoWorld . Cancellation post receipt of order is subject to receipt of product in damaged condition, defective condition or an incorrect product as defined in the platform or as timelines outlined in the product description tagged to a particular product subject to return of product in its original condition and packaging with all tags / warranty cards enclosed.
Cancellation can be done by reaching out to CadoWorld through email / Phone or contact us page on CadoWorld website before receipt of ordered goods. Cancellation before delivery receipt of goods will be at no charge other than platform cost. The waiver of cancellation charge is at the sole discretion of CadoWorld . If the Platform charge arising out of order cancellation is not paid, it will be adjusted along with subsequent order by the user. In cases where CadoWorld suspects fraudulent activity or any transaction that violates the Platform’s terms and conditions CadoWorld reserves the right to cancel such orders at its sole discretion. CadoWorld maintains a blacklist of fraudulent transactions and customers and will deny access or cancel any orders placed by those on this list.
- Account & Registration Obligations
6.1. CadoWorld ’s Return & Exchange Policy applies to items purchased from and delivered by CadoWorld , allowing customers to request a refund or a replacement within the applicable return/exchange period—except for products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the Product Description Page.
6.2. The return and exchange period for a product (if applicable) may vary and is specified on its Product Description Page. We recommend reviewing this information before placing your order.
6.3. Please note that returns and exchanges as per this Return & Exchange policy will be accepted and processed only if:
- Product(s) are not damaged while in your possession
- Product(s) are not different from what was delivered to you
- Product(s) are kept intact with original tags, original packaging, and warranty cards (as the case maybe)
- CadoWorld has inspected the Product and is satisfied that the Product does not have any of the above-mentioned issues/concerns
6.4. Exclusions:
- Products beyond the specified return or exchange period
- Products sold by third party Sellers/Third Party Service Providers (defined hereunder)
6.5. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us so we can understand the issue and resolve it promptly.
6.6. Refunds for returned products will be credited to the customer’s original payment method by default.
6.7. CadoWorld reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, block, or terminate customer accounts found to be misusing this policy or exploiting it in any way, including but not limited to the following instances:
- Excessive returns or exchanges and Frequent order cancellations
- Frequent / Repeatedly rejecting delivery of confirmed orders
- Customer behaviour in contravention of our Terms & Conditions

- You Agree and Confirm
7.1 In case a delivery fails due to an error on your part—such as providing an incorrect name, address, or other inaccurate information—any additional cost incurred by CadoWorld for redelivery may be charged to you. This will incur immediately but in scenarios of non-receipt, it will be billed in your next order.
7.2 You agree to use the services offered by the Platform, its affiliates, consultants, and partnered service providers only for lawful purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using or transacting on the Platform.
7.3 You commit to providing accurate and authentic information whenever required. CadoWorld reserves the right to verify and validate any details you provide at any time. If any information is found to be false upon verification, CadoWorld may, at its sole discretion, reject your registration or suspend your access to the Services.
7.4 You authorize CadoWorld to contact you using the communication details you’ve shared, for any order or account related transactional purposes.
7.5 You understand and acknowledge that you access and use the Platform and its Services at your own risk. You are expected to exercise sound judgment before entering into any transaction on the Platform.
7.6 You affirm that the address provided for delivery is accurate and complete in all respects.
7.7 You agree to carefully review the product description before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions specified in the product’s description.
7.8 Transactions on the Platform may incur additional charges—including, but not limited to, delivery, handling, convenience, surge pricing, or small cart fees based on factors like order value, timing, demand, or product type. These charges may vary by location and will be clearly displayed at checkout. By proceeding with the order, you agree to pay all applicable charges as part of the total amount.
- You may not use the Platform for any of the following purposes:
8.1 Sharing or distributing any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate.
8.2 Sending or uploading content that promotes behaviour constituting a criminal offense, leads to civil liability, or violates any applicable laws, regulations, or codes of conduct.
8.3 Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks.
8.4 Disrupting or interfering with another user’s experience or enjoyment of the Platform.
8.5 Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws. Additionally Disrupting, damaging, or interfering with networks or systems connected to the Platform.
8.6 Creating, sharing, or storing electronic copies of copyrighted materials without obtaining the necessary permissions from the rights holder.

- Any other product as updated by the government from time to time
- No Endorsement
CadoWorld does not endorse, promote or warrant any goods and/or services that might be or proposed to be bought/availed using the Platform and Services.
- Your Obligations:
10.1 You must not use another person’s username, password, account details, or impersonate any individual or entity by using their name, likeness, voice, image, or any other identifying information. Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization is strictly prohibited.
10.2 You agree not to engage in disruptive or antisocial behaviour online, including but not limited to ‘flaming’, ‘spamming’, ‘flooding’, ‘trolling’, or ‘grieving’, as these terms are commonly understood on the internet.
10.3 You must not discriminate against third-party service providers, delivery personnel, or other users based on race, religion, caste, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other unlawful basis. Any verified instance of such discrimination—including refusal to provide or accept services—may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, with no liability on CadoWorld part. You are expected to treat delivery partners with dignity, courtesy, and respect, ensuring a safe and harassment-free work environment for them. Inappropriate behaviour, including discourteous or abusive conduct, may lead to restricted access or permanent removal from the Platform. Any legal or financial consequences arising from such behaviour will be solely your responsibility.
10.4 Products and services purchased through the Platform are for personal use only. You confirm that you are not purchasing on behalf of others or for resale. The Platform is intended for individual consumers only and is not available to retailers, institutions, wholesalers, or other business entities.
10.5 Access to the Platform and its Services requires an active mobile number and internet connection. You are solely responsible for any issues arising from unavailability due to mobile device failure or network issues.
10.6 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. In the event of a lost or compromised password, you must promptly contact CadoWorld customer support. Upon validation, your old password will be disabled and a new one issued.
10.7 CadoWorld operates only in select cities within India and complies with Indian laws. If you access the Platform from outside India or from areas outside our delivery zones, you do so at your own risk.
10.8 You must not use automated tools like ‘deep-links’, ‘page scrapes’, ‘robots’, ‘spiders’, or any other similar technology to access, copy, monitor, or reproduce any part of the Platform or its content. Such activity is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by CadoWorld .
10.9 You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its connected systems, servers, or networks through hacking, password mining, or any other unlawful means.
10.10 You agree not to make negative, defamatory, or misleading statements about CadoWorld , its brand name, domain name, or its third-party service providers. You must also refrain from any action that could damage the reputation, trademarks, or goodwill associated with CadoWorld . Additionally, you agree not to place an unreasonable load on the Platform’s infrastructure or related networks.
10.11 You acknowledge that any delivery times communicated during order confirmation are approximate and may vary due to operational challenges. CadoWorld is not liable for any delays in delivery.
10.12 You understand and consent that any information you provide for using the Services may be shared with CadoWorld ’s affiliates or third parties as necessary to facilitate service delivery.
- Colours
CadoWorld strives to display product colours on the Platform as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see may vary depending on your screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that your device will display any colour with complete accuracy.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh.
12.2 Any dispute or disagreement regarding the interpretation or implementation of these General Terms and Conditions shall be referred to an independent arbitrator, appointed by CadoWorld , whose decision shall be final and binding on all parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chandigarh. The Courts of Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and Indian laws shall apply.
- The platform’s customer service is available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding all government and restricted holidays.
- Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
14.1 All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas and other submissions (collectively referred to as “Comments”) that you disclose, submit, or offer on the Platform or in connection with your use of the Services will become the exclusive property of CadoWorld . By making such submissions, you assign to CadoWorld all rights, titles and interests in any copyrights or other intellectual property associated with the Comments. As a result, CadoWorld will hold full ownership and may use the Comments in any manner including for commercial purposes, without restriction. CadoWorld shall have no obligation to treat any Comments as confidential, to compensate you for any Comments submitted or to respond to any Comments.
14.2 By submitting Comments, you confirm that they do not violate these General Terms & Conditions or infringe upon the rights of any third party including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, privacy or any proprietary or personal rights. You also agree that your Comments will not contain any unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene or harmful content nor will they include viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitations, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of unsolicited messages (“spam”). Please note that all reviews and submissions are subject to review and moderation by CadoWorld .
14.3 CadoWorld reserves the right, without obligation or liability to publish, withhold, moderate, or solicit any reviews, ratings or comments. By submitting a Comment, you grant CadoWorld the right to use the name you provide alongside your submission. You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity or mislead others about the origin of your Comment. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit and agree to indemnify CadoWorld and its affiliates against any claims arising from your Comments. CadoWorld and its affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any Comments posted by you or any third party.
- Intellectual Property Rights and Limited License to Access
15.1 CadoWorld , along with its suppliers and licensors expressly reserves all intellectual property rights in the text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials featured on or embedded within the Platform. All software used on the Platform is owned by CadoWorld or its licensors and suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright laws. The content and software available on the Platform may only be used as a personal shopping resource.
15.2 CadoWorld grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to download (except for page caching), reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without CadoWorld ’s express written consent. This license also prohibits any commercial use or resale of the Platform or its contents, including third-party content and collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices and any derivative use of the Platform or its contents and downloading or copying account information for the benefit of another merchant and use of data mining tools, bots, or similar data extraction techniques.
15.3 You are not permitted to frame, or use framing techniques to enclose, any trademark, logo, or proprietary information (such as images, text, page layout, or design) of the Platform or CadoWorld and its affiliates without prior written consent.
15.4 You may not use meta tags or any other hidden text incorporating CadoWorld ’s name, trademarks or branding without CadoWorld ’s express written permission.
15.5 Any references on the Platform to third-party names, trademarks, products, services or links to external websites are provided solely for your convenience. Such references do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by CadoWorld . CadoWorld is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites and disclaims any liability for them. If you choose to access third-party sites through such links, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Any unauthorized use of the Platform or its content will result in the immediate termination of the license or permission granted by CadoWorld .
- 16. Objectionable Material
You acknowledge that by using the Platform or any of its Services, you may come across content that some users may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable whether or not such content is explicitly marked as such. You agree to access and use the Platform and its Services at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CadoWorld and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any content you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
- Disclaimer: No Warranties
17.1 CadoWorld makes no warranties express or implied regarding the Platform or the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CadoWorld and its third-party partners, licensors, and suppliers expressly disclaim all representations, guarantees and warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. All Services provided through the Platform are offered strictly on an “as is,” “where is,” and “with all faults” basis.
17.2 No advice or information whether oral or written obtained by you from CadoWorld or through the use of the Services shall create any warranty unless expressly stated in these Terms. For the purposes of this Disclaimer, the term “CadoWorld ” includes its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, licensors, subcontractors and affiliates. You expressly acknowledge that use of the Platform and its Services is at your sole risk. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided via the Platform or the internet in general.
17.3 CadoWorld and its third-party suppliers, licensors and partners do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or results of the use of the Platform, its Services or any referenced websites, platforms, apps or services. You understand and agree that any materials, data or information accessed, downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Platform or its Services are done at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your devices or loss of data resulting from such use. CadoWorld does not authorize any person to make warranties on its behalf, and any such statements should not be relied upon.
17.4 CadoWorld makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party sellers, including but not limited to their legal standing, creditworthiness or identity. You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any third-party sellers on the Platform and to exercise your best judgment. All third-party offers are governed by their respective terms and conditions. CadoWorld is not liable for any errors, omissions or misrepresentations made by third parties.
17.5 While CadoWorld strives to ensure that products and services are delivered within the estimated timeframe displayed at the time of order, it does not guarantee delivery within that timeframe. Delivery estimates are indicative and may change due to factors beyond CadoWorld ’s reasonable control.
17.6 CadoWorld is not responsible for the failure, delay or inadequate performance of any services provided by Third Party Service Providers listed on the Platform. CadoWorld does not guarantee that any such providers will fulfil or honour their commitments. Delays, damages or non-performance caused by stock unavailability, backorders or other factors are not CadoWorld ’s responsibility. For this clause “Third Party Service Providers” refers to F&B providers, pharmaceutical service providers, and other sellers listed on the Platform who are not operated by CadoWorld .
17.7 This disclaimer section shall remain in effect even after the termination of these General Terms & Conditions. Under no circumstances shall CadoWorld be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business interruption or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CadoWorld , along with its employees, directors, officers, agents, successors and assigns, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your actions or omissions. This includes, but is not limited to, any breach of warranties, representations, or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions; violation of applicable laws or regulations; infringement of intellectual property rights; failure to pay statutory dues or taxes; or claims relating to defamation, libel, invasion of privacy or publicity rights, service disruptions to other users, or any other third-party rights violations.
This indemnity obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of these General Terms and Conditions.
- Confidentiality
You specifically agree that to facilitate access to the Platform, CadoWorld may be required to disclose any information or particulars pertaining to you to any authority, statutory or otherwise or any third party.
- Assignment: Restrictions on Information Sharing; Privacy
20.1 You may not assign or transfer these General Terms and Conditions or any rights granted herein without the prior written consent of CadoWorld , which may be granted or withheld at its sole discretion. Any attempted assignment or transfer by you in violation of this clause shall be null and void. CadoWorld however, reserves the right to freely assign or transfer these Terms, or any of its rights or obligations under them, without restriction including to its affiliates.
20.2 CadoWorld may share your information with third-party service providers (including its affiliates) that support functions such as order processing, credit services, product delivery, customer service, data management, customer research or marketing activities. Any such sharing will be in accordance with applicable laws and the receiving parties will be required to protect your personal information as per legal standards.
20.3 You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to CadoWorld ’s Privacy Policy. CadoWorld may be required to disclose your personal information in response to legal requirements such as applicable laws, court orders, legal processes or requests from government or public authorities. Additionally, CadoWorld may disclose such information if it determines that the disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement or matters of public interest.
20.4 CadoWorld may also disclose your personal information if it reasonably believes that such disclosure is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect its operations or rights or safeguard its users. In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale or transfer of all or part of CadoWorld ’s business or services, your personal data may be shared with or transferred to the relevant third party (including affiliates) as part of that transaction or under a related agreement.
20.5 CadoWorld ’s Privacy Policy governs your use of the Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that internet transmissions are not entirely private or secure. You understand that any information or message you send to the Platform may be intercepted or accessed by others even if there is a notice indicating that the transmission is encrypted (such as for card details).
- Waiver and Release
CadoWorld ’s failure to enforce or exercise any right or provision under these General Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall be valid only if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CadoWorld .
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, discharge and hold harmless CadoWorld , its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
- Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall CadoWorld , or its contractors, agents, licensors, partners or suppliers be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or reliance damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business opportunities, revenue, anticipated profits or any other financial or non-financial loss regardless of the nature of the claim arising from or related to: (i) these General Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Platform, or any linked site/app/platform/service; (iii) your use of the CadoWorld Platform (including all associated content and materials), or any reference site/app/platform/service; or (iv) any other interaction you may have with CadoWorld . This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action and whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other legal theory even if CadoWorld or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge and agree that CadoWorld has made its products and services available to you and determined its pricing and contractual terms in reliance on the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms. These limitations reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and CadoWorld and form a fundamental basis of the agreement between both parties. Without such limitations, CadoWorld would not be able to offer the Services to you at an economically reasonable cost.
Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability or damages. In such cases, these limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation of liability clause shall survive the termination or expiration of these General Terms and Conditions.
- Severability
If any provision of these General T&Cs or as a whole is held to be unlawful, void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then that provision will be limited or eliminated from the General Terms and Conditions to the minimum extent required and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

- Termination
These General Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect until terminated by either you or CadoWorld . You may terminate them at any time by ceasing all use of the Platform. Such termination shall be without any liability to CadoWorld .
Upon termination whether by you or CadoWorld you are required to promptly delete or destroy any materials downloaded or obtained from the Platform, including all copies, whether made in accordance with these Terms or otherwise.
CadoWorld ’s rights to any Comments or content submitted by you shall survive termination.
Termination of these Terms will not affect your obligation to pay for any products already ordered through the Platform, nor will it limit any liabilities that may have arisen prior to termination.
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Guidelines for Intermediaries and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
