Courier Delivery Orders

All products purchased from Cadoworld are delivered through trusted and reputed courier service providers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product received, you may be eligible to request a return, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Customers may initiate a return request within three (3) calendar days from the date on which the product is delivered. Any return request submitted after the expiry of this period may not be eligible for consideration. To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original condition and must not have been used, worn, altered, damaged, washed, assembled or otherwise handled in a manner that affects its resale value. The product must be returned together with its original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, promotional inserts and any other materials (as applicable) that were supplied with the order at the time of delivery.

Cadoworld reserves the right to decline any return request if the returned product is found to be incomplete, damaged after delivery, improperly packaged, modified or otherwise unsuitable for resale. The final determination regarding the eligibility of a returned item shall be made solely by Cadoworld after inspection of the product.

Upon receipt of a return request, our customer support team may review the details provided and where necessary, request additional information, photographs, videos or supporting documentation to facilitate the assessment process. Once the return request has been approved, arrangements for product pickup will be initiated, subject to courier service availability and location-specific logistical constraints.

After the returned product has been received by Cadoworld, it will undergo a comprehensive inspection and verification process to confirm compliance with the return eligibility criteria. Upon successful completion of this review and approval of the return, the refund process will be initiated within two (2) working days. Refunds will ordinarily be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase; however, Cadoworld reserves the right to process refunds through an alternative payment method where circumstances so require.

Customers acknowledge and agree that the actual credit of the refunded amount may be subject to the processing timelines of banks, payment gateways, card issuers, financial institutions or other third-party service providers. While every effort will be made to ensure prompt processing of approved refunds, Cadoworld shall not be liable for delays arising from factors beyond its reasonable control.

Furthermore, Cadoworld reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request where there is reasonable evidence of misuse of the return process, fraudulent conduct, repeated abuse of return privileges, misrepresentation of facts or any breach of the terms and conditions governing the sale of products on our platform.
