Returns & Refund Policy
At CadoWorld, we are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly shopping experience. All orders are delivered via vendor engaged courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery of the products. Customers are encouraged to inspect the package and product as soon as the delivery is received. In case you notice any issues such as incorrect items, physical damage, or missing components, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can assist you with a return or replacement as per our policy. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the product meets your expectations and is free from any visible defects.
Upon denial, in case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 48hrs, post realization of funds by Cadoworld, to the original source used at the time of placing the order.
Please note that returns under this policy returns will not be allowed for products marked as non-returnable in the platform except in cases of proven to be non-functional or defective beyond physical inspection at the time of delivery.
